Hi, I'm chef Sean Samuels, the owner of Traiteur SNS Catering.  My love of food started at a very young age in Guyana. Starting out as a pastry chef, that love grew into my exploration of the savoury world. Here I am, over 25 years later, ready to share my love of food with you. What makes Traiteur SNS Catering different, is that we don't use set menus. We work with you and your themes, budget, occasions, etc. to bring a menu that is crafted just for you. Even though I enjoy my culture and preparing Caribbean food, I was drawn to the food of other cultures as well. That's why I call my brand of cooking <Fusion Cuisine>

Traiteur SNS Catering is a catering company that stands out because we have no fixed menus or packages. We cater specifically to each client based on their theme, budget, occasion, and vision. That personal touch is given whether it's for a dinner party of 10 people or a corporate event of 1000 people.
